I've always had a love for photography and when I had my own children that love grew even more as I wanted to capture everything they did. My father and I were a team and loved planning photo sessions together but we were both scared to turn our love into a business. He passed away suddenly in 2018 and I thought I would never be able to take pictures again, but by the end of the year I decided the best way I could remember him and feel connected to him would be to do what we were both too scared to do before. I struggled coming up with a name for my business before he died but afterward I knew right away what it would be. My girls always said "laloo" for "I love you" when they were little so that is how Lalu Papa was born. I put my all into each session and try to push myself to try new things for the both of us.
